Combined with on-site power generation systems, we enable a high degree of independence from the public grid and optimize self-consumption through intelligent load balancing and storage systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, we develop economically viable operating and usage concepts, such as tenant electricity models, where generated electricity is used and billed directly within the building. In doing so, we consider all technical, economic, and legal parameters, ensuring a sustainable long-term solution for building owners and operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the project, we integrate additional systems such as charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, energy storage, or interfaces to building management systems.
