This means that collisions are detected early on, costs and deadlines can be planned better - and execution on the construction site runs more smoothly.

We understand BIM not just as 3D visualization, but as a consistent methodology across all project phases. We structure our models to provide reliable information – from planning and tendering to execution and documentation.

A common mistake in practice is using BIM merely as a "pretty model," without a clear structure, defined content, or real added value for the construction site. Often, unambiguous component information, coordinated interfaces, or a uniform standard among the stakeholders are lacking. This results in models existing but not being reliably usable.

This is precisely where we come in. We place great emphasis on a clean model structure, clearly defined information content (LOD/LOI), and coordinated interfaces with other trades. Our planning is designed to work in practice – with unambiguous route alignments, traceable dimensioning, and analyzable data for quantities, costs, and operations.

The goal is to create genuine transparency and planning security with BIM – not only in the model, but above all on the construction site and in later operation.

With BIM, we plan your electrical engineering digitally in a 3D model.
